With the success and growth of 3R’s Start-up’s and 3R Finance we have been busy recruiting new staff to the 3R team.
Our IT hub in Devon now has two new members Sam and Gav- they are busy working on CRM and Back-Office system upgrades and new innovative ideas. Right now, they’re developing a sophisticated Back-Office ‘Dashboard’ for 3R Finance. This will be a lot more interactive; allowing recruiters improved management information as well as direct access to manage contractor end dates, extensions and rate changes. In addition, the Contractor ‘App’ is due for release in September- this will replace the mobile-friendly web-access they currently use.
The Leeds team have a new office and have recruited an IT Support Engineer- Tom; who is providing excellent support and infrastructure services to us and our associates. He is also working alongside Sam to make our associate websites even more safe and secure.
At 3R Head office in Universal Marina Southampton we’ve recruited an experienced Accountancy apprentice- Plamena and she’s getting stuck into supporting our increasing contract and perm payroll.
It’s great to be part of a growing company, investing in new careers and helping people achieve success in creating their own businesses.
Now… all this growth has subsequently given me a bit of time to have some training and learn about the basics of marketing and attempt my very first blog-post!
